Do you want to have the opportunity to actively participate in events, have direct contact with artists, and lend a hand to the Festival staff? Join the team of volunteers and discover what happens behind the scenes of the Milano Off Fringe Festival!

In past editions, volunteers have told us beautiful stories of their encounters and friendships made during the Festival; some have found jobs in the structure where they were assisting, some have met their favorite actor, and others have discovered a new passion. Volunteers are the soul of the Festival, and to thank them this year, we’ve created an extra opportunity.

Volunteers who choose to participate in both weeks of the festival, or who cover a minimum number of shifts (which is established by the organization and will be listed in the subscription agreement) will receive a CULTURAL OPERATOR certificate of completion. All volunteers, even those who can only join us occasionally or who are not interested in certificates, will receive our Milan Off Fringe Festival 2023 gadget kit, the iconic Milano Off  t-shirt, and the opportunity to participate in all festival events and performances for free.
